The course and conditions of programming the 2021–2027 financial perspective

We prepared a report for the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy summarising the key lessons from programming Cohesion Policy 2021–2027 to inform discussions about 2028+. We analysed the legal and strategic basis, process organisation and flow, negotiations with the European Commission, and simplifications vs. 2014–2020, and looked for good practices in Poland and other EU countries.
