PO WER mid-term evaluation: Stage III completed

In November 2024, IDEA Instytut completed the mid-term evaluation of the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development (2014–2020), including the calculation of a long-term result indicator. Surveys of 23,292 participants showed that 14.5% of those employed at entry improved their labour-market situation within six months—similar to natural labour-market mobility—suggesting limited programme-attributable effects. An academic article on response-rate experiments is in preparation.
